Due to the declining popularity of Links and Tour play to a minimum.  The rules stated below will be temporarily lifted.  The only rule we have is to have fun with your friends here at HTP.

 

 

 

 

Our Goals: -Goal #1 is to have fun!

-Goal #2 is to finish the tours on time.

-Goal #3 is to put sportsmanship before competition.
Membership: -You must wear your HTP_(jacket) at all times in the zone.

-Each HTP member will be treated equal.  No one is "better" than anyone else.  We are here for the fun of the game of golf and the enjoyment with others company. 

-It is your duty as a active HTP Member to play at least "one" tour game per week or "Four" per month. (OGT/FFA/LOGO)

-In-activity will only be accepted for short periods of time.  MIA's will be removed within two months after last tour game.  In-active members who inform the captain of their inactivity will only be accepted for six months of in-activity after their last tour game.

-If you are inactive, you cannot play in-house games without first consulting the captain first.  Abuse of your duties as a HTP Member will not be accepted.  In order to play in-house games you must play tour games!

-The captain has the right to remove "in-active" or "semi in-active" members without notice.

-Cheating and Quitting games are prohibited and will not be tolerated here at this club. 

-If any member is accused of cheating in anyway, a full review will be conducted.  Anyone who is found guilty will be removed from the club immediately.
Tour Play:

(OGT/FFA/LOGO)

 -All Members are expected to follow the rules and format of each tour.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your opponents are following them as well.  (Report all incidents to captain immediately)

-It is your duty as a HTP Member to be kind and courteous towards other Tour Players.  Un-sportsman like conduct will not be tolerated here and could bring discipline after further review.

-Please help other teams finish their rounds.

-Please do not play too many tour games in one tour round unless we are in need of games near the end of the round.
In House Play: -Please check if we are in need of tour games before you play in-house games.

-Please register to the HTP Ladder with your golf name without the HTP jacket.

-There is no minimum or maximum amount of In-House games you must play. The HTP In-House is for your pleasure only.

-The top three IHT Players of each month will automatically qualify to play in the OGT Masters

-The top three HTP Tour Money leaders of each month will automatically qualify to play in the LOGO Champions tour.

-Mullies are to be always turned off. 

-Rules regarding stoppage of play due to a disconnection:

At the point of a disconnection, you must note the last position to where your ball was (in fairway, green, hole…etc..) Note what shot you were on and or what score you received from that hole, as well as what was your current score. 

Should you have to take your shot over, your score will stay the same only if you have at least one witness to your score before the game was disconnected.  If no one else saw what you had then you must accept the current status of your game after a reconnection.  You are responsible to shoot as close as what you received before the interruption.  Whatever score you get will stay.

The only way this will be overruled is:

You must provide a screenshot of your game before disconnection along with the scorecard and a description to the Captain within 24 hours of game.  Any sent later will be rejected!

By reading the above rules, you are agreeing to these terms.  You agree to follow these rules to the best of your ability.  You agree to wear the HTP Jacket with pride and will not abuse your privileges as a HTP Member.
